Meglena Plugchieva: Everyone goes to bed and gets up with what Peevski is like - 1

In the state, everyone goes to bed and gets up with what Delyan Peevski said and is like, instead of focusing on real issues and work. This was stated to bTV by the former Deputy Prime Minister from the BSP in the "Stanishev" cabinet; Meglena Plugchieva.

"So in general terms "We are against Peevski". Say what you are against Peevski, do it, prove it, let the public know and move forward," said Plugchieva.

She is not convinced that both DPS parties will remain in parliament in the next elections. He stated that he knows the people, he is moving in the regions and things are moving towards support for Peevski.

The vote of no confidence requested by MECH is a bad signal to Brussels, it shows political instability, Plugchieva believes.

"This government has not even 100 working days, asking for a vote of no confidence for corruption does not sound serious, responsible. And from a very young party that has not laid a single brick in the walls of this country. The whole behavior yesterday in the plenary hall sounded very ugly - the chairman of MECH party sitting in Ms. Kiselova's chair. Like unfulfilled children's dreams on an open day," she said.

In her words, there should have been a little humility and more work, because instead of the 5 hours of debates, laws could have been adopted under the Recovery and Sustainability Plan.

"These are ugly political tricks. So The so-called opposition does not want to lose its presence in the spotlight and in front of public opinion. It does not invent anything constructive in order to be present - with real, alternative, working proposals", said Plugchieva.

According to her, it is a wrong approach for the eurozone to be declared a strategic goal by the government. "This is an obligation under our accession treaty. In addition, it is a means through which Bulgaria's vision for development in the 5-10-year period ahead should be stated", said Plugchieva.

She also spoke out against the impression that after possible admission to the eurozone, the government will be dissolved and new elections will be held. According to her, having governments for a few months is fatal for the state. "We pay with human lives", she pointed out.
