The State Electricity System Operator /ESO/ notified ERM West that in the period from April 28 to 30, 2025, it will carry out repair work on a facility at the “Knezha“ 110 kV substation.
Due to repair work on the ESO facility in the period from 08:00 on April 28, 2025 to 16:30 on April 30, 2025, power outages are possible in the city. Knezha and the settlements within the territory of Knezha Municipality, Pleven Region.
