The rulers are giving a big slap to the workers on the occasion of May 1st, Labor Day. Days before the holiday, the government of GERB-SDF, BSP, ITN and DPS-New Beginning announced that they are considering raising social security contributions and the retirement age. Instead of caring for people, another blow to their pockets.
I say another because social security contributions have been raised since January 1st, and now again. In addition to cutting down workers, this is another step towards killing small and medium-sized businesses and the middle class.
The paradox is that all 30 "left" parties in Bulgaria are participating in this anti-social government. We have not had a more anti-social and anti-people government in the years of transition. Whenever they leave, it will be too late.
