The government changed the status of part of the property representing a building in the village of Mirovo, declaring it private state property. It will be removed from the assets of the National Railway Infrastructure Company.
The removal of the building is for the purpose of implementing a project: "Modernization of the railway line Sofia - Plovdiv, section Elin Pelin - Kostenets, Separate position 3: "Modernization of the railway section from km 62+400 to km 73+598". The building falls within the excavation plan of the direct route of the newly constructed railway tunnel No. 3 north and prevents its construction.

The property, as well as the buildings built on it, are located outside the area in which the objects of the railway infrastructure are located. No operational cables and facilities of the railway infrastructure pass through the object, and it has no functional and technological significance for the safety of railway transport.
The status of state property in the city of Dobrich is changing
According to the decision of the Council of Ministers, the status of a property in the town of Dobrich is changed from private state property to public state property. It is located on "Nezavisimosto" St. No. 36 and is a plot of land with an area of 687 sq. m 3 along with three buildings in it. The property is managed by the “Customs“ Agency. and is used to perform its functions.
The National Security Service receives the management of a part of state property in the city of Varna
According to the decision of the Council of Ministers, the National Security Service receives the management of part of the property - public state property, representing 6 buildings in the farm “Euxinograd“ the city of Varna. Due to no longer being necessary, the right to manage the buildings is withdrawn from the administration of the Council of Ministers.
