The government has changed the status of a property in the city of Burgas, declaring it private state property. It is outside the area where the railway infrastructure facilities are located and is a non-operating asset for the National Company “Railway Infrastructure“. By changing its status, the National Railway Infrastructure Company will be able to sell the property, since it is not used for its intended purpose.
The cabinet has changed the status of part of a property representing a building, declaring it private state property and the subsequent removal of the building. The property is located on the territory of the city of Ruse. The removal of the building will be carried out within the framework of the implementation of a project for the construction of the Ruse Intermodal Terminal.
With another decision, the Council of Ministers provides the Burgas Municipality with a free property for management - public state property, located in the immediate vicinity of Atanasovsko Lake. The property includes part of a protective canal and an adjacent protective dike on all sides, protecting Atanasovsko Lake from the entry of “fresh” waters. By taking over the management of the property, the municipality will have the opportunity to implement an investment project for the gravity drainage of rainwater and surface waters from the Southern Protective Canal into the Black Sea. Since the construction of the Burgas bypass from km 230+700 on road 1-9 Sarafovo - Burgas to km 493+550 on road 1-6 Vetren - Burgas will increase the amount of rainwater and surface water to the Southern Protection Canal, there is a risk of problems with their drainage into the sea through the depreciated pumping station. This may create a risk of future floods. To prevent this, the local authorities propose a technical solution to the problem by building two parallel pipelines reaching an appropriate point of inflow, which would ensure the canal against clogging with sand from sea currents. For this purpose, it is necessary to provide the property free of charge for management to the Burgas Municipality.
The Burgas Municipality receives ownership of a property - private state property in the “Sarafovo“ district. It is located on “Burevestnik“ Str. and has an area of 5599 sq. m. It will be used to build a kindergarten, which will be public municipal property. The transfer of the property to the municipality corresponds to the state policy of supporting local development, with a view to placing education as a national priority. The commitment of the Burgas District Governor is to develop a control mechanism through which to carry out periodic checks on the fulfillment of the conditions under which the property is transferred to the ownership of the municipality.
The Cabinet declared a property - private state property to public state property. It is under the management of the Supreme Judicial Council and represents 17 independent objects in a building on Blvd. “Georgi S. Rakovski“ No. 13 in the city of Dimitrovgrad. The property is used by the District Court - Dimitrovgrad and the District Prosecutor's Office Haskovo for the needs of the Dimitrovgrad Territorial Department of the District Prosecutor's Office - Haskovo and has acquired the status of public state property.
