Yambol continues to be the district with one of the lowest rates of new housing construction, despite the fact that in the second quarter, the construction of 11 residential buildings began, according to the data of the Department of “Statistical Research– Yambol“.
Among the cities with the lowest growth in new residential construction are: Vidin, Razgrad, Silistra, Targovishte, Montana, Pleven, Smolyan and Vratsa, according to the data of the National Statistical Institute.
On an annual basis in the Yambol region, a growth of 33% is reported in the start of new housing construction in the second quarter of this year compared to last year. During the period in question, the construction of 24 residential buildings with 46 apartments in them with a total built-up area of 5925 sq.m.
