The largest integrated territorial development project with an area of 57 hectares will be built in St. Petersburg.
70.8 billion rubles will be invested in the project. The municipal authorities have held a tender for the right to a construction site in the Ruchi-2 residential complex. The plot included part of the future mini-city to the east of Leningradskoye Shosse and the Kuzmolovsky cemetery. The land can be used for the construction of multi-family residential buildings up to 21 floors high, social infrastructure facilities, engineering and public works. The maximum project implementation period is 15 years.
St. Petersburg is among the top 5 Russian cities attractive for housing investments. Apartments in this city are often bought “not for themselves“, but for children and are rented out temporarily. Some of the apartments in new buildings are initially purchased with the appropriate investment purpose.
