The Council of Ministers changed the status of a property of the port terminal “Varna-West“, which is managed by the State Enterprise “Port Infrastructure“ and authorized its removal. The buildings are heavily depreciated and are not used for their intended purpose, and their existence is contrary to the plans for the development of the terminal.
The status of a property, which is managed by the National Company “Railway Infrastructure“, but is not used for the company's activities, is being changed to private state ownership. The non-operating asset is located in Svilengrad, outside the area where the railway infrastructure sites are located. No operating cables and facilities pass through it. The object is not relevant for the safety of railway transport.
Sozopol Municipality receives ownership of a private state-owned property located in the village of Atia and consisting of two buildings with an area of 36 sq. m and 239 sq. m. The buildings will be renovated, and it is planned to be converted into a municipal cultural center and library with a reading room, as well as service premises. The center and the library will be publicly accessible, no income will be generated from them and they will not be used for business activities. The municipality will have to transfer the property back to the state if it does not implement the planned activities within five years of its acquisition. The Burgas Regional Governor will have to develop a control mechanism through which to carry out periodic checks on the fulfillment of the conditions under which the property is transferred to the ownership of the Sozopol Municipality.
The government decided to provide free of charge for management a property - public state property to the Supreme Judicial Council for the needs of the District Court - Pernik and the District Court - Pernik. The property is located in the city of Pernik, Sq. "St. Ivan Rilski" No. 1 and is an independent site in the building. The property is no longer needed by the regional governor of Pernik region.
At the proposal of the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC), the government decided to declare properties of private state property as public state property. They are located at 185 "Georgi S. Rakovski" St. in the city of Sofia and are granted rights to manage the SJC. The properties consist of 9 separate objects, located on the first, second and third floors of the building. They are used to perform the functions of the council's administration.
With another government decision, the property, which was previously private state property, became public state property. It is managed by the Ministry of Interior for the needs of the Regional Directorate "Border Police" - the city of Smolyan and is located in the area "Rajdak", the city of Petrich. The property, which is a plot of land with an area of 15,228 sq. m, is used to perform the functions of the department and has acquired the quality of property - public state property.
