Actor from Netflix drama series dies at just 41 VIDEO

Spanish actor Julián Ortega died suddenly at 41, the Actors and Actresses Union announced the country, quoted by CNN and plovdiv24.bg.

He is known for his role in the popular Spanish-language Netflix drama series "Elite“.

The cause of the actor's death has not been officially announced. According to some publications, he collapsed on the beach.

"Our deepest condolences to his family and friends," the union wrote in a statement.

Julián Ortega was born in 1983 in Madrid to the family of actors Gloria Muñoz and José Antonio Ortega.

His career spanned nearly 20 years. It started with Spanish language films like "The Other Side” (El Otro Barrio) and Spanish series like "The New Neighbors“.

However, his participation in six episodes of the series "Elite“ on Netflix.

In the murder-mystery high school drama "Elite" Julian Ortega plays a restaurant manager.

Ortega also works on theater projects. Among them is his 2021 play "Ira", in which he plays with his mother.
