Former Manchester United footballer Patrice Evra will make his mixed martial arts debut in Paris next month, BTA reported.
The 43-year-old Evra will fight in the Professional Fighting League in Paris on May 23, which will be held at the "Accor Arena".
According to the media, the former defender has been training in martial arts for nearly a decade. Who his opponent will be, however, is not yet publicly known.
Evra spent eight and a half years at Manchester United, winning the Premier League title five times and the Champions League once. In 2014, he moved to Juventus, and last played for West Ham in 2019. For the French national team, he has 81.
