Chief of the Main Directorate of Military Intelligence (GUR) of Ukraine, Lt. Gen. Kiril Budanov, said that Western military aid is arriving in Ukraine, but it is unlikely to arrive on a scale that will have a significant impact on the situation on the front until at least mid-to-late July 2024
This is stated in the daily analysis of the Institute for the Study of War (ISW).
Budanov said a sufficient supply of US-supplied long-range ATACMS missiles could allow Ukrainian forces to strike the Russian-built bridge across the Kerch Strait in occupied Crimea and cut a vital Russian land line of communication between occupied Crimea and Russia .
