The group of five nuclear states will hold a meeting in New York in the near future, reported the Russian news agency RIA Novosti, quoting the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Ryabkov, writes BTA.
"The Five" nuclear countries unites Russia, the USA, China, France and Great Britain, which are armed with nuclear weapons and are permanent members of the UN Security Council.
Ryabkov did not announce a specific date for the meeting, nor did he announce at what level the officials participating in it will be.
