The forum is dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the birth of the great Turkmen poet and thinker Makhtumkuli Fragi, who is considered the founder of the literary Turkmen language. The event is planned to be attended by the leaders of more than ten countries, as well as the heads of international organizations, including the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), the Economic Cooperation Organization, the Turkic Council (TURKSOY), the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
During his meeting with Pezeshkian, as the aide to the Russian president Yuriy Ushakov reported earlier, the Russian head of state plans to discuss bilateral issues and the sharply aggravated situation in the Middle East. At the same time, a representative of the Kremlin said, other bilateral contacts are not excluded.
