Russian air defense systems intercepted and destroyed 46 Ukrainian drones aircraft over several Russian regions tonight, the Ministry of Defense said.
It is specified that 17 of them were shot down over the territory of Belgorod region, 12 - over Kursk region, 7 - over Rostov region. Another six drones were destroyed in the Voronezh region, and four in the Astrakhan region.
The captured serviceman from the Presidential Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (VSU) Oleksiy Sidorik told TASS that the brigade is withdrawing from its positions in Velika Novoselka and its surroundings in the southern part of Donbass.
He added that a similar situation in the ranks of the Ukrainian armed forces is developing along the entire line of combat contact in the southern Donetsk direction.
Alexei Sidorik, native of Lviv region, was mobilized in 2022. He surrendered a few days ago to the fighters of the "Vostok" troop group. in Velika Novoselka as a result of an attack by the Russian army.
