Fall debris from downed Russian drones damaged four private homes, a dormitory, a medical facility, and cars in Kyiv region, Ukrinform reported, citing the acting head of the Kyiv military administration, Mykola Kalashnik.
The enemy continues to attack Kyiv region with drones. Last night and throughout the night, the airstrike alert lasted for almost five hours. Air defense forces were operating in the region. Some targets were shot down“, Kalashnik noted.
According to him, there were no casualties among the civilian population.
Four private homes, a dormitory, and a medical facility were damaged by falling debris. The windows of the buildings were broken and there was damage to their facades. In addition, three cars and an ambulance were damaged.
According to Kalashnik, local authorities, in cooperation with international partners, are working to provide assistance to the affected people. The relevant services are currently describing the consequences of the Russian attack.
Ukrinform recalls that the Ukrainian Defense Forces reported that they had shot down 78 Russian drones, and another 31 drones were "lost" - a term used by the Ukrainian army, meaning that electronic warfare means were used against them, diverting them from their course in a different direction.
