The newly appointed EU Special Envoy for the Serbia-Kosovo Dialogue, Peter Sørensen, announced on the Ex platform that he had held talks on the process of normalizing relations between Belgrade and Pristina in Paris and Berlin in the past two days, BTA reports.
In a post last night, Sørensen informed that he had discussed “in essence“ how to continue the dialogue and ways to achieve progress.
He expressed gratitude for the full support of France and Germany for his efforts in this process.
Serbia does not recognize the independence of Kosovo, declared in 2008, and nevertheless Belgrade and Pristina are conducting a dialogue with the mediation of the EU to normalize their relations.
