Ten convoys carrying humanitarian aid from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) have arrived in Gaza through the Egyptian Rafah crossing, the UAE news agency reported – WAM, reports BTA.
This delivery is part of the UAE's ongoing commitment to support the Palestinian people.
The convoys include 175 trucks carrying over 2,400 tons of humanitarian aid, including food, medical supplies, nutritional supplements for children, dates, shelter tents, clothing and other essential items.
With this shipment, the total number of aid convoys sent by the UAE within the framework of the current humanitarian operation reaches 175. They played a key role in alleviating the difficult conditions in Gaza by providing vital products to the most vulnerable groups of the population.
The United Arab Emirates reaffirmed its commitment to continue humanitarian support to the Palestinian people.
