The United States has stopped sharing intelligence with Ukraine that could aid attacks deep inside Russian territory, Sky News reports, citing a Ukrainian source.
It is noted that intelligence sharing between Ukraine and the US has not been completely halted. According to the source, this is "selective" a step that means Kiev will continue to receive data on attacks by Russian troops in the temporarily occupied Ukrainian territories by Russia.
The publication emphasizes that this step follows the decision of US President Donald Trump to suspend all military aid to Ukraine after a dispute with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky at the White House.
US President Donald Trump has ordered the suspension of intelligence cooperation with Ukraine, as well as military aid, CIA Director John Ratcliffe said today, Reuters reported.
“In my opinion, on the military front and on the intelligence front, the pause (that caused the president of Ukraine to react) will be lifted, and I think we will work side by side with Ukraine, as we should, to repel the aggression that is there, but also to put the world in a better position to move these peace talks forward,“Ratcliffe told “Fox Business Network".
