The meeting of representatives of the United States and Ukraine has ended in Riyadh.
The consultations lasted about two hours. The Ukrainian delegation was headed by Defense Minister Rustam Umerov, and the Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration Pavel Palisa also participated in the talks. The American delegation included the Director of the State Department for Political Planning Michael Anton, as well as the assistants of the Special Envoy for Ukraine Keith Kellogg and National Security Advisor Mike Walz.
The Russian-American negotiations will be held in Riyadh on March 24. The Russian delegation will be led by the Chairman of the International Relations Committee of the Federation Council Grigory Karasin and the Advisor to the Director of the Federal Security Service Sergey Beseda. The topic of the consultations will be the renewal of the Black Sea Grain Initiative - such an agreement was reached during a telephone conversation between the presidents of Russia and the United States, Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump.
The Russian delegation has already arrived in Saudi Arabia.
