Iran has deployed missiles underground to respond to the US amid threats from US President Donald Trump, writes "Tehran Times".
"Iran's armed forces have prepared missiles capable of hitting positions linked to the US, amid Trump's constant threats of military action.
(...) A significant number of these ready-to-launch missiles are located in underground structures scattered across the country, designed to withstand air strikes," the newspaper said.
According to "Tehran Times" The Iranians have refused to negotiate with the US, stating that they are ready to respond decisively to any aggression.
Earlier, Trump said that if Washington and Tehran fail to reach an agreement on the Iranian nuclear program, the US will conduct a heavy bombing campaign against Iran.
"If they don't reach an agreement, there will be bombing. It will be bombing like they have never seen before," Trump said in an interview with NBC News.
He noted that in addition to the strikes on Iran, he is ready to impose secondary tariffs on goods from that country.
At the same time, Trump indicated that "contacts" are currently taking place between American and Iranian officials.
The Speaker of the Iranian Parliament, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, said last week that American bases and allies would not be safe if the US authorities decided to invade Iranian territory.
Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei rejected the offer of talks as fraudulent.
