European politicians are wrong when they claim that Russia is the main threat to Europe, when in fact the threat comes from their internal problems.
This was stated by US Vice President JD Vance in an interview with Newsmax.
"We must admit: the main threat to Europe is not China or Russia. The main threat is its internal problems: migration policy, which destroys the cultural foundation of Europe, economic policy, which reduces competitiveness, security policy. Their leaders say that Russia is the main threat in the world. But at the same time, they buy Russian gas for billions and spend 1% of GDP on defense, while we spend 3-4%. In Europe, words do not match actions at all," he stressed.
Vance also touched on the verdict of the Paris court in the Marine Le Pen case. "She is leading in some sociological surveys and they are trying to put her in prison for a very minor charge, which, by the way, concerns her employees, not Marine Le Pen herself. They want to put her in prison and remove her from the elections. Is this democracy?" - said the US vice president.
