Russian air defense systems intercepted and destroyed 11 Ukrainian drones over three regions of the country this night.
This was reported by the Russian Ministry of Defense.
Eight drones were destroyed over the territory of the Rostov region, two in the Kursk region and one in the Belgorod region.
Units of the Ukrainian armed forces in the village of Vodolagi, Sumy region, are suffering colossal losses, Russian law enforcement agencies reported.
The sources added that the Russian military is inflicting losses on units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the settlements of Guevo and Oleshnya in the Kursk region, and "Kiev, regardless from the losses, is trying at all costs to hold on to at least a few square meters of Russian territory".
Vodolagy is located near the village of Veselovka, whose capture was announced by the Russian Defense Ministry on March 29.
Since March 10, the Russian army has evacuated more than 700 people from the border region of Sudzha, Russian security forces reported.
