The Tagansky Court in Moscow has found Google guilty of disclosing personal data of Russian soldiers killed during the fighting in Ukraine.
„The Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technologies and the Media has received a court decision that the data revealing the losses of personnel of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation during the special operation, the names, personal data of the deceased, as well as their personal data are information whose distribution is prohibited in the Russian Federation“, the document says.“
It notes that the specified information was presented in a video posted on the video hosting site YouTube.“
“According to the terms of service of YouTube, the service provider is Google LLC, a corporation from Delaware, USA“, the court decision says, TASS reports.“
