Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will visit Italy today for talks with Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, Turkey Today reported, BTA reports.
During his visit, Erdogan will participate in the fourth intergovernmental meeting between Turkey and Italy, where he will discuss the development of bilateral relations and the potential expansion of cooperation in various sectors with the Italian Prime Minister.
A business forum with the participation of representatives of economic circles is also planned, with the aim of stimulating trade and investment between Turkey and Italy.
The visit is taking place at the invitation of the Italian Prime Minister, and the information was confirmed by Turkey's Communications Director Fahrettin Altun in a post on the social network X.
