The German automaker has presented the new Marco Polo Horizon camper, designed for comfortable travel for four people. The model offers a bedroom and kitchen interior without unnecessary space-consuming equipment, and also easily converts into a cozy motorhome.
Horizon continues the tradition of its predecessor, the Marco Polo. Mercedes emphasizes the convenience of everyday driving with the ability to transform the car into a comfortable place to spend the night. This approach combines style and practicality, providing space for comfortable rest and travel.
Inside the car there is a folding rear seat, which, if necessary, turns into a bed measuring 193 x 135 cm. The roof rises over two meters and provides access to a bed measuring 205 x 113 cm on the upper level.
The car can comfortably accommodate up to four people. The interior also features a 64-color lighting system to create a cozy atmosphere. Inside there are two 12.3-inch digital screens and an advanced MBUX multimedia system.
Other convenient features include wireless smartphone charging, a heated steering wheel and keyless ignition. The Marco Polo Horizon will go on sale in Germany with a price tag of $62,225.
The camper will be available from the beginning of next year and will be offered with rear-wheel drive or four-wheel drive and the proven four-cylinder Mercedes OM654 turbodiesel engine.
