Geely has unveiled its flagship SUV concept, called the Galaxy Cruiser. This happened during the Shanghai Motor Show, and initial reviews of the SUV are that it is unique. This Geely prototype demonstrates technologies from the future, intended for future production models.

The SUV can operate in several modes - all-electric, hybrid and with extended range. The all-wheel drive system is controlled by artificial intelligence and can adapt to different road conditions.

The model receives an electronic chassis that allows the car to move sideways, turn in place and continue moving even with a flat tire. Galaxy Cruiser is equipped with a unique set of new safety systems that work in collisions, floods, fires and other non-standard situations.

The car also has a new Geely Golden Short Blade traction battery. It is made of durable materials and has protection against overheating and damage. In addition to all this, the SUV is also equipped with satellite communication and sonar.

The car can also cross quite solid water obstacles. It moves through water at a speed of up to 8.5 km/h and can cross a ford with a depth of over 80 centimeters. Geely has not yet announced when the model may enter mass production.
