A 19-year-old Ukrainian, who apparently fled the war, has been driving for a long time on the streets of the Polish city of Poznan and its suburbs, each time showing his middle finger at speed cameras. However, the vulgar gestures of disrespect make an impression on the police...
The man with the BMW has significantly exceeded the speed limit 12 times, for which he has received the corresponding fines. Ten of these situations were filmed as the Ukrainian shows the middle finger at the camera. The Poznan City Police Headquarters considers this a serious act of disrespect.
"In addition to ignoring the rules in force in our country, while deliberately exceeding the speed limit, the driver always makes an offensive gesture", said police spokesman Lukasz Paterski.
To further irritate the traffic police, the boy resorted to such gestures, driving at a speed well above the established 50 kilometers per hour in populated areas.
In total, the driver received 119 penalty points. However, they could not be awarded to him, since the identity of the driver was unknown. When the police ran out of patience, they established the identity of the young man driving the BMW.
The 19-year-old Ukrainian citizen was taken to the police station, where he confessed to all the crimes he was accused of. It turns out that this is not the first time he has broken the law. Last year, he was already fined for two speeding violations and caught shoplifting in Poland.
The collected material was analyzed by the commander of the border guard in Poznań-Ławica. According to the police, the commander issued a resolution obliging the foreigner to return to Ukraine - deportation.
“Due to a threat to public security and order, an 8-year ban on re-entry into the Schengen area was also imposed. By court decision, the Ukrainian was detained in custody at the center for foreigners in Lesznowola until the decision is implemented,“ says Lukasz Paterski.
