Research by agency "Mediana" gives GERB-SDS the first position in today's elections and gives them a serious distance in front of all the others - 27.5% of those who said they would vote would give their vote for the coalition.
Second are already "Revival" with 15.7%.
PP-DB are in fourth position with 13.7% after DPS (14.2%), BNR specifies.
Both BSP (9%) and ITN (6.2%) can be sure of their presence in the next parliament.
Three more formations retain serious chances of entering the parliament – "Blue Bulgaria", "The Left" and "Solidary Bulgaria".
In these elections, we can expect a low voter turnout again, as between 2.5 - 2.7 million voters will stand before the polls, according to "Mediana".
The results of this research are not a forecast, but reflect the current picture of socio-political attitudes in the country three weeks before the elections, the agency states.
* The research was conducted in the period – May 12-18, 2024 with 978 people (18+ years) through a direct standardized interview and is representative of the adult population of the country. The study is a research project of the MEDIANA agency and was realized with its own funds.
