“ The political theater must be stopped - the results are the same in every election, the official government is not so official, but belongs to certain people who manage their country as they want. People suffer from all this. We all know that they have agreed, let them come out and say who will participate in the government”. This was stated on the air of "Eurocom" TV. Trifon Panchev, mayor of Dryanovo and member of the National Assembly of the BSP, reports from the press center of the formation. He explained that the goal of the left is to realize what it set out in its program. “We believe that this is good for the development of the country”, the socialist was categorical.
Panchev explained that even if we cancel the elections, we go back to the absurd hypothesis - that the current insane caretaker government organizes the elections. “People are tired of elections, but the behavior of some political leaders makes it impossible for the proper development of the country. There cannot be a majority of right-wing parties that cannot form a government, he commented.
As important decisions that will be discussed at the upcoming National Council of the party, Panchev indicated - evaluation of the elections, discussion of the decisions that the parliamentary group must take, convening of Congress. “The party is recovering, despite all attempts at speculation. In a year, the BSP will be in a completely different condition, he was categorical.
Trifon Panchev stated that last year the municipalities began to implement part of the investment program under the Ministry of Development and Planning. As the mayor of Dryanovo, he said that the municipality he heads applied for the repair of two water pipes. According to him, these problems are difficult to implement, but extremely important in view of the drought in recent years. The socialist stressed that such projects should be a priority for the state, and in recent years this has not been the case. “The topic of plumbing is not even open for discussion. "We are yet to suffer the consequences of climate change if we do not take measures," he commented. Pachev asked how many new dams have been built for water supply in the last 30 years, in how many places the water supply companies have been given to private concessionaires, are not managed and no investment is made in their restoration.
Asked about the development of business in the municipality he leads, he explained that the most important thing is that a municipality does not interfere and that purely administrative procedures happen quickly. According to him, every single investment intention that arrives in Dryanovo within a month or two is submitted for a decision by the Municipal Council. Panchev also explained that the donation tax rate in Dryanovo is the lowest in the country.
