Boyko Borisov: I will not give the party for rent - 1

"Smaller parties are just as important to gather of a majority as large as the party. Pre-election programs are repeated and pre-election campaigning is conducted. If we do not abandon this style of working, nothing good will come of this Parliament and we are heading for another election. The way to start a legislative program is absolutely doomed to failure. This leads to the monstrosities that follow in the budgets. This was stated by GERB leader Boyko Borisov after the meetings of the coalition with "BSP - United Left". and ETC.

In his words, 18 billion is the hole in the budget. "ITN is right - we have to spend as much as we have. We have adopted budgets that have no financial justification. Colleagues from BSP stick to their election campaign, but we do not agree with some things. With ITN, we have a lot more similarity in terms of right-wing politics, there is a divergence in leadership - who should rule and who should be prime minister. This topic will be on the agenda when we have gathered a majority. I have already signed a document at the PP-DB - the lawyers will meet with them first, because that is where the main dispute is", explained Borisov.

"I proposed a pragmatic approach - policies to be held accountable by a government, and then we open legislative programs and the question of the budget. Let everyone consider their position and consciously go to elections or not go. I won't give the party for rent, just because I don't have enough support. It is not natural for the chairman of the National Assembly to be from another political force, not from the first one. Compromises will be made when we understand everything. I am defending my party. I have no desire to be prime minister, but that is what the party wants. The budget hole will melt in half if I am prime minister. We will not send pawns to the Council of Ministers," the GERB leader is emphatic.
