Glavchev: I am not in the "home book" of my own accord, Peevski did not call me about the office - 1

I categorically state – Delyan Peevski has not called me on the phone about this office.

This was commented by acting Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev before the start of the government meeting, quoted by BNT.

"Though I have fallen into a 'house book', as they call it, against my will, I am not a house manager, nor are you a house council, to settle family political scandals and neighborly property envy . I categorically state – Delyan Peevski did not call me on the phone about this office, unlike two other party leaders or a party operational manager who called me for assistance for an office, and I have not yet received the treat, as I do not need a treat, because I've done my job. I think that the parties should really be given offices, and not stand in front of the windows of the institutions and protest," Glavchev explained.

Glavchev is categorical that the procedure by which properties are given to political parties, described in the Law on Political Parties, is 100% respected.

It is 100% complied with. The initiative came from one of the co-chairmen of the DPS political party. There is neither an old nor a new beginning in the file, this is a DPS political party that has existed for many years and has two co-presidents," Glavchev explained.

"It is in the transcript and in the protocol, all this. Nor is there a deadline of 48 hours or 24 hours, or whatever the deadline was," said the caretaker prime minister.

He pointed out that by more than 70% he has reduced attempts to illegally cross our border and emphasized that an important event is coming up on Friday in connection with Bulgaria's accession to Schengen.

„We have a good event ahead of us on Friday, in Ilkov, which is another step in recognition of Bulgaria's contribution to the protection of the EU's external borders. A declaration is expected to be signed, which is not a final decision for Bulgaria's full acceptance into Schengen. This is a very important step, which recognizes the contribution that the Bulgarian governments have made since 23 years,” said Dimitar Glavchev.
