On the one hand, we hear how everything is fine, and at the same time the hole is 18 billion. What is visible in the numbers is that the situation is not at all rosy. This was stated by GERB leader Boyko Borisov on the sidelines of parliament.
Over the years, we have fought, said Borisov, for Bulgaria not to be at two speeds, but to be where decisions are made - in the eurozone. The main partner for entering it is business, the GERB leader added.
The 50% increase in police salaries is a measure that was taken several years ago with the PP-DB, he specified.
Asked to comment on the hacker group "Bulgarian Elves", who said they knew where Pepi Euroto was, Boyko Borisov commented as follows:
"I don't follow these groups to tell you, because if we follow all the groups, we won't have time left for work. It's obvious that I've lost a lot over the years, because I've neither heard of nor known Pepi Euroto. And suddenly he turned out to be such an important person".
During these 12 years in government, we haven't crossed paths with him to understand how important this person is, but apparently there are people who are worried about him, Borisov added.
"I say that I don't know him and I haven't heard of him, nor have I seen him in all these years".
As a good thing in politics, GERB leader Boyko Borisov defined this as "only the people can rip you off by not voting for you".
