President Rumen Radev remains the most highly approved political figure in the country with 45% approval. Disapproval is 28%. This is shown by a national survey, funded and implemented jointly by bTV and “Market LINKS“, conducted among 1008 people over 18 in the country in the period January 25 - December 2, 2025 using the methods of direct-personal interview and online survey.
Radev's trust has stabilized after the “Donev“ cabinet – "then his rating was going down," sociologist Dobromir Zhivkov commented to "Market LINKS."
According to him, the head of state benefits from the fact that he has reduced emotions when criticizing political forces.
Parliament Speaker Natalia Kiselova also has a positive result - 31% approval against 29% disapproval.
1/3 of Bulgarian society sees in her a person who manages to bring order to the National Assembly, Zhivkov commented.
According to him, a factor in Kiselova being the second most trusted politician is that she is a constitutionalist.
In Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov, trust is 27% against 41% distrust.
Among the party leaders with the highest trust is GERB leader Boyko Borisov - 24%. He has stabilized and even grown by 1-2% compared to December, the sociologist commented.
The next politicians in terms of rating are the leader of “Vazrazhdane“ Kostadin Kostadinov – 18% approval, and the leader of “Ima takvi narod“ (ITN) – 17% approval.
The results of the leaders of the two factions of the MRF in parliament are also interesting.
“It seems that Peevski is gaining greater influence among the former electorate of the unified MRF. But he also has the highest disapproval – 83%“, commented Zhivkov.
The sociologist recalled that Delyan Peevski started two years ago with 4% trust.
The data are from a national survey, funded and implemented jointly by bTV and Market LINKS, conducted among 1,008 people over 18 in the country in the period January 25 - December 2, 2025 using the methods of direct-personal interview and online survey.
