"BSP - United Left" is in continuous dialogue with its partners, the ruling majority, without giving up its social priorities and next week will propose a "stability budget" so that the country can emerge from the severe financial crisis it is in.

Zafirov spoke about a new type of state policy in the fight against disasters and accidents.

The BSP-OL has prepared legislative initiatives if their proposal for a ceiling on price increases for basic food products is not accepted, said Alexander Tomov:
"If this is accepted, we will be satisfied, but if it is not accepted, I want to tell you that we have solutions related to regulations, regulators, with some laws that will not allow arbitrarily increasing prices by traders".
Some of the BSP's ideas will be included in the budget for 2026, including proposals for changes in the tax system and investments in order to achieve growth above the European average, Tomov specified.
