DNSK received requests from Mr. Vasil Terziev - Mayor of Sofia Municipality and “ETA CONSULT“ DZZD - construction supervision of the site, to allow the continuation of the construction of a construction project suspended by order No. RD-08-1/21.02.2025 by the Head of DNSK: “Reconstruction of “Opalchenska” Str. from “Alexander Stamboliyski” Blvd. to “Slivnitsa” Str. - II STAGE “Reconstruction of “Opalchenska” Str. from “Todor Alexandrov” Blvd. to „Slivnitsa", including an outflow channel along „Slivnitsa" Blvd. to its discharge into the Vladayska River and accompanying infrastructure". Documents certifying the elimination of the violations found by the DNSC are attached to the requests.
Due to the great importance that the implementation of this site would have for the residents of the city of Sofia, as well as to facilitate access to schools in the area, the Directorate for National Construction Control reviewed all submitted documents as a priority.
An order has been issued to continue the implementation of the construction.
We assure the residents of the Capital that the DNSC will continue to exercise control over the implementation of the site in the interest of security, protecting the health and life of citizens by carrying out subsequent inspections.
