"Vazrazhdane" is submitting exactly 38,235 proposals before the second reading of the draft budget for 2025, the party's leader Kostadin Kostadinov announced earlier today.

In an interview with Nova News, PP-DB MP Venko Sabrutev described this move as "sabotage against Bulgaria".

The MP understands that the main goal of "Vazrazhdane" is to stop the adoption of the euro and gain a political dividend in the form of an increasing number of voters. If the adoption of the state budget is delayed, however, pensioners, doctors and young families will be harmed.

"Thanks to "Vazrazhdane" The Bulgarian parliament will need 666 days to adopt a budget. This means that social payments, including pensions, will be suspended. This is what “Vazrazhdane” aims at - sabotage of the state. It is crystal clear that the sabotage is aimed at preventing the adoption of the euro. But what are pensioners and young parents to blame for? What are doctors to blame for”, Sabrutev logically asked.

"If Ukraine falls, Poland will be the next country", Sabrutev commented on what is happening on the European continent.

In connection with Bulgaria's defense spending in the context of the still ongoing war, the MP said: "There is no need to change the Constitution, as proposed by the President of Poland. It is good to have normal political will. In Poland, protection of the state is proposed. In Bulgaria, "Vazrazhdane" is introducing amendments so that we cannot spend a single leva on defense. Is it in the national interest to have no money for our people and army?, he asked his colleagues from the "Vazrazhdane" party.

From his words, it became clear that the PP-DB will not support the government's budget on second reading in the plenary hall.

"We are inclined to support a budget with a 3% deficit and no nonsense, and this budget is a big nonsense that gives nothing to the people and gives 17-18 billion to the mafia," he argued for the decision of their parliamentary group.

According to Sabrutev, it is becoming increasingly apparent that Peevski is involved in the governance of the state. "The support for the budget that the MRF-NN gave is a vote of confidence. The main coalition partner of GERB is the MRF-NN," the MP expressed his opinion.
