The institutional crisis related to the transfer of responsibility between the Constitutional Court, Information Services and the CEC is unprecedented. The solution to the political crisis created by GERB, the DPS, ITN and BSP is a complete cancellation of the elections held on 27.10.2024. Such a position was expressed by the political party MECH in connection with the statement this evening by the Chairman of the Constitutional Court that the court cannot do its job because the CEC has not fulfilled its assigned recalculation of the election results in order to understand whether there is a change in the distribution of mandates in the 51st National Assembly.
