Adv. Mincho Spasov: Peevski and Borisov stepped on the hoe, Yanaki Stoilov screwed them - 1

Yes, the National Assembly will hold on with 9 parliamentary groups until Mr. Peevski decides. He said that he will support the government. Only when he withdraws his support will the question arise whether 121 deputies are enough for everything, said the former Tsarist deputy Adv. Mincho Spasov in an interview with the Bulgarian National Radio.

About his impressions of how votes are stolen, he replied:

"It's not about impressions, but about a finding by the Constitutional Court (CS), which found that elections were held illegally, albeit partially in the verified polling stations. It's easy to steal elections in Bulgaria. There are many ways. If we remember the technology with the so-called Indian thread and then the "reports" intervened - a photo with a mobile phone of who you voted for."

Adv. Spasov, who together with Elenko Bozhkov were acquitted in the case of stopping the train in the Sofia metro, said that a secretary of the Election Commission told him about the disappearance of bags of ballots. He is an officer and is from the BSP, but the person who bought them was from another party, Spasov specified:

"They lined up in front of the Regional Commission to give the bags. And he tells me, "a man gave us 1,000 leva each and gave us ready-made filled-in protocols. I have to look after my daughter, she's a student."

The former NMSV MP admitted that there may be an impression of the work of the prosecutor's office, because "this woman is still at large, no one is looking for her, because she filled in the blanks for the right parties – GERB and MPS-NN".

For him, the ruling party and the prosecutor's office are from the brood of Pepi Euroto and Delyan Peevski. As for whether the Constitutional Court's decision was political, since the majority is exactly 121 votes, he said:

"I don't think that the Constitutional Court did it with some secret intention, it is true that the Constitutional Court is a political body, but the calculation is done by the Central Election Commission and Information Services. What happened is that Yanaki Stoilov screwed Peevski and Borisov. I argue with memories from the recent past – Zlatanov's missing notebook, Misho Birata's note disappeared. And the Deep State tried to apply the same method and hide the sacks with the ballots, what are you going to investigate. But you stepped on the hoe! Peevski has not worked in his direct profession for a long time - an investigator, and it turned out that he himself stepped on the hoe."

For him, the entry of "Majesty" into the National Assembly, by a decision of the Constitutional Court, has partially restored justice.

"The issue is one of principle, that we must follow the rules, if we want to live well, freedom is responsibility,", said attorney Mincho Spasov.

Otherwise, for the 90 thousand Bulgarians who voted with "I do not support anyone" in the last elections, he thinks it's a slap in the face to politicians.

"This change in the Electoral Code was mine. Politicians don't care, they've become thick-skinned, they care about more votes. But for me, this square is about the voters' self-confidence, it gives them self-confidence that they've been heard," he commented.
