In this environment of the breakdown of statehood, the Constitutional Court has turned out to be one of the few pillars of the statehood itself. The Bulgarian backstage offers nothing more than breakdown.
This was told to the Bulgarian National Radio by MEP Ilhan Küçük from DPS-DPS.
These elections were very seriously compromised. We are not just talking about omissions, but about serious interference, about the theft of democracy, he said.
"We claim, according to internal data, that we were robbed of at least 30,000 – 40,000 votes", he gave an example and suggested that there was "brutal ballot stuffing, writing".
The MEP expects "a reaction from the Bulgarian prosecutor's office, because if this is not fully revealed, we risk the same thing happening again".
If in 12,000 polling stations there is an average deviation of 10 votes (the Constitutional Court data for the approximately 2,000 polling stations checked indicate a deviation of 1-2 votes – editor's note) - what legitimacy does this create for the people's representatives, how do they elect the Council of Ministers, he asked.
"We are not convincing Bulgarian citizens that the choice they make is accounted for."
On the result of "Velichy" when announcing the data from the last parliamentary elections, Kuchuk admitted manipulation:
"Velichy" had entered the Bulgarian National Assembly from the very beginning. This party was robbed from the very beginning. The very fact that they were kept afloat for so long - at 4.1, 4.2, 4.3% and then apparently something made the backstage not to let them in. Apparently they did not receive enough guarantees that this would be the "right party" - you know, it will play to their tune. The one who pulls the strings in Bulgarian politics. It is no longer so scary to be named."
In support of his words, he also quoted the informal leader of "Velichy" Ivelin Mihaylov about the pressure on him and that he was offered money so that he would not enter the parliament.
"And before that, they must have offered him money to enter, but when he did not accept the offer, they went to the other option."
In his words, these were the most unfair elections, which is also proven by the Constitutional Court's decision and from now on it is "unthinkable to hold the next elections in the same situation of ambiguity and uncertainty regarding the vote".
I hope we will not go so far as to close the state, commented Ilhan Küçük on the show "Politically Incorrect".
It is claimed that we are entering this government to overeat with power, to avoid the next elections. We were invited to this government to bear joint responsibility. Responsibility for mistakes will also be shared, explained Kuchuk.
He motivated their inclusion in the government with the aim of "stopping the series of elections and the country's distancing itself from the geopolitical choice".
"They will not scare us with elections. We are not just entering, but we are entering with well over the 4% barrier. There is no fear", declared the MEP.
"Borisov should come out and say – we govern together with Peevski. And the other political parties should say – we accept the government with Peevski and from now on there is nothing to talk about. Peevski's model is very deep. It is a model of the backstage, of the conquered state. This is our political scope of action. We entered for this reason. We will fight to dismantle this model," emphasized Ilhan Küçük.
"We relied on the political parties that signed the cordon sanitaire initiated by the PP-DB. If we knew that their commitment would not be firm, that is, they would back down when entering a governing majority with GERB, who did not support the sanitary cordon, we would most likely not have entered this government."
The MRF-DPS parliamentary group will expose all attempts at usurpation, will bring to the fore all candidates who have dependencies, assured Küçük.
If the majority wants to look for another majority, without us, with the official support of Delyan Peevski, to come out and say so, he called.
"If they want to force us to leave this governing majority, in which we are a party that supports the parliamentary coalition, this is one move. But the responsibility is on them - what are they doing to dismantle this model. Are they complicit in maintaining this model, or vice versa - participating in its destruction."
"Someone should ask with what legitimacy Peevski would govern. On what basis does he have the claim to be prime minister", added Kuchuk, when asked about the self-confidence of the leader of the MRF-NN.
"Why don't some of the ruling parties tell him - what are you talking about? They put themselves in the humiliating position of being rubber stamps, as Glavchev and his caretaker government were. It matters who seeks the truth and who stands on the side of conformism. We have drunk the cup with the bitter. We cannot afford to bury our heads in the sand."
Before the second reading of the budget "why didn't someone from GERB stand up to say – thank you, Mr. Peevski, we have a sufficient majority", the MEP insistently repeated his appeal.
"The Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) made a statement that they would be willing. We had three proposals and they were approved by everyone, including in the presence of the Prime Minister. Then someone pressed the button and our candidates became unacceptable. You answer the question of who pressed the button", Ilhan Küçük pointed out about their representation in the second echelon of power. He was categorical that positions were approved for the MRF-MRF, after which a "story was found to be told to Bulgarian society".
The security architecture in Europe has changed, Ilhan Küçük also reports.
"Europe is waking up. This is shock therapy."
