There are 260 disco-type establishments that are in the fire department's registers. They are inspected regularly, announced the director of the General Directorate for "Fire Safety and Population Protection" Alexander Dzhartov.
The purpose of the inspections is to prevent violations of safety rules. According to Dzhartov, control is everywhere along the chain - from the design of the site to its operation.
He pointed out that a large part of the pyrotechnics on the Bulgarian market are prohibited for use indoors.
