The Supreme Court of Justice has declared null and void provisions from the ordinance on assessing the results of the matriculation exams in grade 12, 24 Chasa reported.
These are provisions from Ordinance No. 11 of September 1, 2016 on assessing the results of students' education, which states:
„The grades from the state matriculation exams are final.", as well as the provision of Art. 82, para. 3 of the Regulation, which states: “The high school graduate may familiarize himself with his individual result from the state high school examination at the school where he completed his studies in the XII grade, and/or through the electronic system, and with his assessed individual examination work – at the school where he completed his studies in the XII grade, within a period determined by the principal, against an identity document and in the presence of representatives of the school high school examination committee.
