The son of Pernik prosecutor Biser Mihaylov - Vasil was sentenced to a total of four years in prison.
The Sofia District Court found him guilty on several charges of hooliganism and causing bodily harm of varying degrees.
The sentences for the individual acts were between 6 months and 3 years and 3 months. After imposing the highest sentence on him - 3 years and 3 months, the court increased it by another 9 months, bringing his total sentence to 4 years.
The time he spent in custody and under house arrest will be deducted from these. The verdict is not final.
Prosecutor Georgi Ivanov, who in his final plea requested 11 years in prison for Mihaylov, laconically commented that he would protest the imposed sentence before the Sofia City Court.
