The Council of Ministers adopted a Decision to confiscate agricultural land from the Ministry of Internal Affairs and include it in the State Land Fund.
The properties represent 8 pieces of land - public state property, located in the region. Haskovo, commune. Ivaylovgrad. Granted to the Ministry of the Interior, the properties were used by the Main Directorate “Border Police” (GDGP) for the implementation of the specific tasks of control and protection of the state border.
At the moment, the properties are no longer necessary for the implementation of the ministry's activities, they have ceased to have the quality of properties related to the effective performance of the functions of the State Border Control and Protection of the State Border and are not necessary for the performance of the functions of the structures of the ministry. Pursuant to the provisions of the Law on the Ownership and Use of Agricultural Lands and by decision of the Council of Ministers, these properties are included in the State Land Fund.
