The government allowed “BDZ Holding“ EAD to sell real estate in the town of Kostenets, representing land and an adjacent building. The building is in poor physical condition and is not used for the company's activities. The sale will be carried out through direct negotiation with the Municipality of Kostenets at a price not lower than that determined by an independent appraiser.
The government announced two buildings that are part of a property - public state property with management rights granted to the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the performance of the functions of the Police Department of Dospat, for property - private state property. To date, they have ceased to have the quality of property - public state property, are not used for their intended purpose, are not maintained and are unfit for use due to the danger of self-collapse. With the decision of the Council of Ministers to change the status of the buildings, they will be removed in accordance with the Spatial Planning Act.
According to the decision of the government from the Professional High School of Construction, Architecture and Geodesy “Peño Penev“ - Rousse to the Ministry of Education and Science, the right to manage two properties of public state property is revoked due to the lost necessity for the activity of the educational institution. One property is located in the city of Ruse, East Industrial Zone quarter and has an area of 2159 square meters and a building built in it. The second property is located in the village of Ryahovo, Slivo Pole municipality, and has an area of 28,046 square meters with two buildings built in it. The properties are declared private state property and are transferred to the management of the regional governor of the Ruse region.
By decision of the government State Agency “National Security” gets to manage properties – public state property, located in the town of "Karo", district "Mladost", Sofia. They represent six plots together with the buildings built on two of them and will be used to carry out the agency's activities. Due to no longer being necessary, the management of the properties is taken away from the Ministry of Defense.
The government decided part of a property - public state property with a built-up area of 55.90 sq. m in building No. 1, residential complex. “Golden Horn“ No. 20, town of Yambol, to be provided for free management of the Ministry of Justice for the needs of the Main Directorate “Enforcement of Punishments”, Regional Office “Enforcement of Punishments” - the town of Yambol. Due to no longer being necessary, the right to manage part of the property is revoked by the National Statistical Institute, Territorial Statistical Bureau - Yambol.
The Council of Ministers announced part of the property - public state property, managed by the Main Directorate “Border Police” to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, for property - private state property and gave consent for its removal. The part of the property consists of two one-story buildings on “Volgograd“ No. 61, area “Lozenski road“ in the city of Svilengrad. They are not used for their intended purpose due to the danger of self-collapse and have lost their quality as real estate - public state property.
The Cabinet also adopted a Decision to give consent for the sale of separate parts of a medical facility - real estate owned by “MBAL - Pazardzhik” AD, Pazardzhik. The properties, representing land and buildings, are no longer necessary for the medical facility, they are unusable for the purposes of the medical activity, and the company has no intention of investing in them. In this sense, the properties are non-operational for the company and only generate costs for their management.
