An iconic building for Bucharest was sold to Hungarian businessman Istvan Tiborc, who is the son-in-law of Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban. The Equіlіbrіum 1 building was acquired by the Swedish and Canadian companies for EUR 50 million. The finalization of the transaction is expected by the end of the current year.

This is the Hungarian millionaire's first foreign investment. He is the main shareholder of Granit Bank, which announced in July that it intends to invest in our northern neighbor.

The business building has 12 floors and is of class “A“. 20,700 square meters of office space is for rent and is currently leased to two companies – Ѕіgnаl Іduna and Ѕесоm Neаlthсаре.

Seller Ѕkаnѕка has been among the main players in the Romanian market since 2007, when it entered it.
