The deal has the distinction of being one of the most expensive in recent years in this part of Europe.

The total commercial leasable area of the mall is 88,400 sq.m. The location of the shopping center is strategic – the city of Katowice is one of the cities with the strongest economy in Poland. There, the average per capita income is 35% higher than the national average.
