An attractive offer has appeared on the real estate market in Turkey - an island for nothing. It is located on Lake Beyşehir, located in the southwestern province of Konya.
Chechen Island, located on the largest freshwater body of water in Turkey, is for sale at a starting price of 9 USD/sq m. The total area of the territory is 223 hectares, and the price of the site is estimated at approximately 165 million Turkish liras (4.8 million USD).
“This island is the only one that is being offered“, says Samet Ok, owner of the real estate company that is selling the island. He notes that the demand for real estate in the region is very high, as many interested parties, especially investors, visit it for research purposes.
