By decision of the government, the Bulgarian Telegraph Agency received the right to manage for another five years part of a property - public state property on 3 "Dimitar Dobrovich" Street in the city of Sliven. By virtue of a decision of the Council of Ministers, it is still managed by the Agency, which at the end of 2024 submitted a request to the regional governor of Sliven for the building to be given to it again for management, since the right it received with the decision of 2020 expires this year. The building will continue to be used for non-economic activities in compliance with the legislation and rules in the field of state aid and will be managed and administered with funds from BTA.
With another decision of the government, properties - private property, necessary for the construction of the "Ruse - Veliko Tarnovo" highway are being expropriated. The plots fall within the lands of the villages of Bozhichen, Ivanovo and Trustenik in Ivanovo municipality, the town of Dve Mogili, Dve Mogili municipality and the village of Ekzarh Yosif in Borovo municipality, Ruse region. The funds for compensating the owners are at the expense of the "Road Infrastructure" Agency. The decision may be appealed before an administrative court at the location of the properties within 14 days of its notification to the interested parties in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Code.
