In first place with 1,571,000 EUR is Hong Kong. The second position is for Zurich – 1,417,000 EUR, and the bronze medal is for Singapore, where a similar property can be bought for an average of 1,190,000 EUR.

5. Geneva, Switzerland – 1,073,000 EUR
6. New York, USA – 1,062,000 EUR
7. London, UK – 1,035,000 EUR
8. Lausanne, Switzerland – 999,000 EUR
9. Tel Aviv, Israel – 981,000 EUR
10. Shanghai, China – 885,000 EUR
In Europe, the average price of a two-bedroom apartment is around 240,000 EUR (4% more compared to 2023).
If we look at the whole world (only 98 countries were analyzed), Cuba is in last place in the ranking with an apartment price of 21,500 EUR.
