Diana Markova specified that from the beginning of the year until now, the customs officers of "Captain Andreevo" have detained more than 22 million and 300 thousand cigarettes. He explained that such cases are not rare and most often cigarettes are hidden among the declared contents or in car cavities.
She paid special attention to ordinary citizens who travel that the norm for duty-free import of cigarettes from Turkey is 2 packs per person. If they are not declared or hidden - the fine is from 200 to 250% of the sale price. From the beginning of October until now, there are more than 300 acts drawn up.
